Day Three

A lovely cycle ride from Caerphilly along country, lanes over hills and, thanks to Mr Beeching, along disused railway tracks. Stopped at Pil for lunch but the only place we could find for food was a Chinese take away. It was a bit serial sitting in a field in the sunshine.

I had a puncture and while fixing it along the road side my Nephew Mark popped up, he always appears when you least expect him.
Then we cycled through a rain shower and a rather boring Port Talbot to Swansea. A great welcome from a big family gathering and lovely meal. Great to see my great niece Alys, Gethin, Griff, Holly, Daniel and the others .

89km today
