I fitted the new tyres today and had a relaxing day at John and Laurette's eating lots of food. Tim has gone back to Bristol with Valerie now. It was great having him join me on the ride but difficult for him, as I cycle much slower and I had the only set of maps and yesterday was ghastly weather. It was so bad that a triathlon event in Swansea was cancelled because the competitors said it was too dangerous to cycle in. Load of softies! Tim and and his Old Man did 90km in it.
